Samantha’s practice includes corporate/commercial matters, private company mergers and acquisitions, project development and financing.

She has particular expertise in non-traditional assets and technology-based transactions, commercialization of intellectual property (IP), licensing and information technology (IT) procurement.

Samantha has helped diverse clients in a broad range of industries. Clients appreciate Samantha’s practical approach and her ability to focus on both legal and business concerns.

Samantha advises clients on a variety of foundational corporate matters, including establishing new businesses, implementing joint ventures, creating employee share ownership plans and addressing private company shareholder and governance issues.

Samantha also advises clients on licensing programs, asset purchases, commercial real estate and lease matters in support of their business activities. Samantha negotiates complex deals and service/supply agreements in support of her clients’ commercial strategies.

Samantha assists both franchisors and franchisees with deal agreements and compliance.

Samantha also advises clients on data compliance, privacy mandates and policy development.
