Ronald Chowne, K.C.

Ron is a founder and senior counsel at Prowse Chowne, heading up the firm’s corporate/commercial department. Ron’s clients range from closely-held and medium-sized corporations to large religious and charitable organizations. He brings to this diverse group an equally diverse range of experience spanning almost 40 years at the bar.

Currently, his practice focuses on corporate organization, re-organization and planning, commercial real estate transactions, commercialization of intellectual property, including patents and trademarks, corporate acquisitions and sales, corporate finance, and commercial transactions.

Ron is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Edmonton Bar Association.
