Ron is a founder and senior partner at Prowse Chowne, heading up the firm’s corporate/commercial department. Ron’s clients range from closely-held and medium-sized corporations to large religious and charitable organizations. He brings to this diverse group an equally diverse range of experience spanning almost 40 years at the bar.
Currently, his practice focuses on corporate organization, re-organization and planning, commercial real estate transactions, condominium projects and seniors’ housing projects, corporate acquisitions and sales, corporate finance, intellectual property transactions, and commercial transactions.
Ron is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Edmonton Bar Association. Ron is also part of the Department of Stewardship and Financial Ministries Committee of the Lutheran Church of Canada/Alberta-B.C. District.
