Noël is part of Prowse Chowne’s litigation department and has an interest in intellectual property as well as general civil litigation. Noël has appeared before all levels of Alberta and Federal Courts. She has been involved in corporate re-organizations, receivership matters, patent and trademark infringement actions as well as a wide variety of employment and corporate dispute actions.
While attending law school, Noël sat as the chairman of the law school’s Student Staff Panel, was the student representative of the Teaching and Learning Quality Control Committee, and worked as a notetaker for disabled students. While studying law overseas, Noël studied European Union law and wrote a dissertation — Merger Law: a Comparison of the Canadian and British Regimes. Noël is currently the co-chair of the Canadian Bar Association Young Lawyer's north section and a voting member of the Canadian Bar Association Council Alberta Bench.
