Eva has a passion for assisting landowners in environmental & other property-related matters. In her practice, Eva has represented landowners and First Nation groups in a range of matters where industry or government has proposed development that may affect their land. The type of matters she has been involved with includes applications for the construction of public infrastructure, wells, pipelines, upgraders, transmission lines and landfills. Eva has appeared before various administrative tribunals, including the Energy Resources Conservation Board, the Alberta Utilities Board, the Alberta Environmental Appeals Board, Natural Resources Conservation Board as well as some Federal-Provincial Joint Review panels. In addition, Eva is an executive member of the Environmental Law North section. She is a member of the recently formed Canada-Poland Friendship Group and is a past Committee Member of Edmonton's Next Gen group with the City of Edmonton.
Eva is conversant in French, Polish, Spanish and English.
